What we do: We provide exit strategies for family or founder owned businesses and support management through succession and the next phase of growth.
Investment Criteria:
- Founder or family owned businesses
- $3 MN EBITDA Minimum for at least 2 years, EBITDA Margin >10%
- Low customer concentration (max 10%)
Sectors of interest: Business services, consumer experience and service, multi-location services, building products, automotive aftermarket, manufacturing
Valuation: We review business valuations and provide indications of interest in a timely fashion so owner’s can make informed decisions (learn more here).
Our Financing Sources: We work with equity funds, limited partners and select lenders on a case by case basis.
